1973
First slip-cast tableware designed and made in the Pimlico Pottery in collaboration with Heal & Sons and the Design Council. Stacking dishes are hollow - form and colour coordinated in relation to other contemporary products.

1977
From movement in clay to actually moving raw on-glaze oxides and firing them into zinc/tin glazes.

1978
Many mandala-like tiles were made to
develop the technique and test colour combinations. Groups
of 4, 9, 16, 25 and 36 tiles were simultaneously spun in frames
and decorated.

1979
Having explored movement in clay and on-glaze decoration responding to form for a few years, this led me to attempt something else quite new; manipulating the clays using gravity as in the dish and over- laying coloured casting slips over spun fragments.
